REFUND POLICY

ENDGAME will accept items back for exchange or return on all regular-priced items within 14 days, provided the item(s) meet the return conditions

• Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging.
• Unfortunately, Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to: all Sale Items and Gift Cards

To initiate a return for an online purchase, please message contact@endgametcg.ca

Once the returned item has been inspected and accepted, we will contact you and let you know if it is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Defective Items

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
